[Yhc] Present Yhc build complains "yhc: Error: Found file multiple times, YHC.Exception" compiling Exit.hs

Things have changed with Exceptions quite recently, so the imports and
dependencies are still in flux a bit. Hopefully Andrew or Tom will
know what to do here :)

It depends on lots of factors, teh ordering of files etc.

Yes, I know, and I don't know why! I spotted this the other day - file
a bug and I'll take a look some time.
