[xmonad] GenerateManpage.hs doesn't work on Maverick

Hi Adam,

Thank you for leading me to the templates! Searching for them on the
Lucid machine yielded that they indeed existed, but were owned by the
package 'pandoc'. After installing this on the Maverick system, things
went fine!
