[Haskell-cafe] emacs problem : haskell mode keeps hanging to report types, renders emacs useless

+1 for Spacemacs! Have enjoyed using its default layers after years of
managing crusty dotfiles. Beware of ghc 8.2 and haskell mode (
https://github.com/haskell/haskell-mode/issues/1553)
