Where did the GHC API go?

I'm tempted to say: the older URL was better, because I could bookmark 
it once and go look anytime at a fairly up-to-date ("latest" a la the 
URL) version of base.

But GHC includes multiple versions of base currently, so this wish 
doesn't even make as much sense as it could...
