ghc/mingw 6.6 anyway doesn't include c++ compiler (and 6.4.2 too)

i sucessfully used with both ghc version gcc included in the following
archive:
http://citkit.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/dev-cpp/devcpp-4.9.9.2_setup.exe

of course, in this case you will need to pass all the required params
manually

if this bug will be fixed, it will be possible to copy just
cc1plus.exe and c__ library to the ghc 6.6 installation directory in
order to allow ghc compiler cpp files
