Ticket #800 in GHC 6.6

It looks like bug #800
http://hackage.haskell.org/trac/ghc/ticket/800
has made it to GHC 6.6. Although Trac reports that it
was solved about a month ago in version 6.5, I still
see that GHC 6.6 on Windows fails to compile C++ files.

A little test and the output follow.

Is the bug, by any chance, fixed in any of the nightly
builds of the 6.6 branch?
