perf.haskell.org update: Now using cachegrind

it looks like this will not work out, with the current setup;
perf.haskell.org has failed to catch up with the number of commits
coming in.
I’ll see if there are some low-hanging fruits to speed this up, such as
not building haddocks.
I also wonder whether, when using cachegrind, the results from
different machines are actually comparable. Maybe I’ll try that some
day.
