Travis builds failing

I am still trying to track this down, in the context of D913.

I am hoping that the extra logging that will be availiable once @thomie has
finalised D926 will help.

There seems to be some shared resource when using the GHC API, and it
cannot tolerate running multiple tests at the same time.
