Fw: cabal-install-latest is not pointing to latest release

Hi,


It seems that http://www.haskell.org/cabal/release/cabal-install-latest/ is pointing to cabal-install-1.20.0.1 while there is 1.20.0.3 already — is this a "whoopsie" or is there a reason for this?
