 It looks that it doesn't solve the problem with a library of mine (cabal-
 install version 0.8.2
 using version 1.8.0.4 of the Cabal library): I declare a library A and two
 excutables B and C which build-depend on A. It compiles, but A get
 compiled three times: once for the library, once for B and ones for C. Is
 that "normal" ?
