[xmonad] Can't get JumToLayout work.

Hi, I'm Peet.

I have play with xmonad config for days, and more of config was working, 
but i can not get JumpToLayout work.

I does do compile xmonad config with no error , but when i press the 
keybinding not thing happen . Please help!
