The "temporarily disable SIGCHLD ignoring" code in recompile  
(uninstallSignalHandlers, installSignalHandlers) is *not* optional; the  
error you are getting is a symptom of not disabling it before rebuilding.  
You will need to find some way to integrate that with Dyre.
