[xmonad] Issue 503 in xmonad: Persistent gray rectangles

Sometimes, after I bring up a contextual menu or close a popup, a gray  
rectangle is left on the screen. I cannot interact with it at all. Usually,  
if I create a single window and cycle through my tiling style, the  
rectangle will go away.
