[xmonad] Descriptive keys

Hi, I wrote a module for annotating key-bindings with a description and
one or more 'tags' then supplying a key-binding for a prompt to search
through them. I would appreciate feedback and possible interest for
inclusion in xmonad-extras or perhaps other suitable package.
