[xmonad] prevent stalone tray from overlapping

XMonad.Config.Desktop, or at minimum XMonad.Hooks.ManageDocks and maybe
XMonad.Hooks.EwmhDesktops.

Same issue.  Without dock and EWMH support, a tray is just an ordinary window.
