I have no problem switching to and from Firefox. It takes some seconds for  
Firefox to re-render if window size changes but that's because Firefox is  
huge and slow, nothing to do with XMonad.

The problem only happens when switching from Firefox to a terminal. The  
terminal does not receive keyboard input then.
