[xmonad] xmonad and cssh

I often end up with cssh windows on the wrong workspace if I switch
workspaces too fast, ie. before all the cssh windows are correctly
rendered and removed and rendered again.  Quite strange that it takes
so long, but I never actually lost a single window.
