[xmonad] Working emacs minibuffer frame

I too was unhappy with OneOnOne.  Attached is my current draft of a
simplified replacement.  It may provide a starting point and/or some
ideas.  Copyright remains with Drew as my version is really little
more than a radical paring down of his code.
