[xmonad] Possilbe Bug: Wrong frame got focus when switching workspaces

The behavior is intentional.  We only change focus with the mouse when the
pointer crosses the borders of a currently visible window.  This way the user
can move the mouse about on one workspace without worrying which window will
become focused on another workspace.
