What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure with support for gnome-panel
2. enable auto0-hide option for a panel.
3. Mouse over it and watch it not appear on top

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

panel should appear on top as it un-hides

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

xmonad 0.6, ubuntu gutsy, XMonad.Hooks.ManageDocks
