[xmonad] darcs patch: Fix window region checking in UpdatePointer

Hi,

this patch was submitted on http://code.google.com/p/xmonad/issues/detail?id=187 and fixes 
the issue for me, but it hasn’t been applied yes. Was it overlooked?
