[xmonad] vlc -Iskins2 and empty space in stack

Hi.

When running vlc -Iskins2 (both last release and trunk) with xmonad
there is empty space in stack: xwininfo shows that it is root window
instead of application one.

Is this my local misconfiguration or reproducible behavior?
