[xmonad] xmonad 0.8 release candidate

I have created debian packages for this version, available at
http://people.debian.org/~nomeata/xmonad/

Anyone who uses the Debian packages until now is invited to install
these and report any problems.

Version 0.8 will then be properly uploaded to Debian.
