New issue report by SpencerJanssen:
xmonad assumes that windows accepted by 'manage' are unmapped.  This is the
case with windows created while xmonad is running, but is not the case with
windows that were created before xmonad has started.

How to reproduce:
 - add a manageHook that sends a window to a workspace that isn't the first
 - start one of these windows while xmonad is not running
 - start xmonad
 - notice that the window appears on the screen while it should be non-visible
