What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. With a Xienrama setup, create a floating window.
2. Drag the window from one screen to another.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The floating window is over the second workspace but logically part of the
first. Dragging windows across screens should switch the window's workspace.
