Issue 25: Float fixed-size windows
http://code.google.com/p/xmonad/issues/detail?id=25
New issue report by nornagon:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Create a window with a fixed size. (e.g, SDL_SetVideoMode() without
SDL_RESIZABLE in the flags)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The fixed-size window is subsumed into whatever the current layout is; i.e,
its size request is not obeyed and chances are the program now clips
weirdly (or crashes, depending). Windows created with a fixed size ought to
be floated automatically. Dwm does this.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
HEAD. Debian linux.
