I just noticed that the last commit to jhc was last March... this does not
look like an active project, sadly.  Hard to justify the Platform targeting
it.  (It's not that jhc is in some sense complete; last I'd heard sometime
last year there were some things that were pending before the next intended
release.  There has been no activity since that I can see.)
