darcs patch: Fix build with ghc-6.10

Hi,

with the patch below, the head version[1] of bytestring compiles in
the ghc tree (replacing libraries/bytestring) and passes validate.

No code had to be changed, just the base dependency and a few
OPTIONS_GHC pragmas because of orphan instances.

P.S. why does it list libraries at h.o as the maintainer? But never
