Parsec documentation

I have actually already done this, but I was waiting for Daan's 
permission to use the documentation (since there is no license given for 
the documentation page), and I kind of forgot about it.

I have attached a darcs patch (against 
http://darcs.haskell.org/packages/parsec/) to this message.
