Hmm, strange.
It's defined in Data.ByteString.Fusion:
infixl 2 :*:
-- |Strict pair
data PairS a b = !a :*: !b deriving (Eq,Ord,Show)
and imported via:
import Data.ByteString.Fusion (PairS(..),loopL)
