The document at http://www.haskell.org/~simonmar/libraries/libraries.html has been updated again. It now has a copy of the language extension proposal, taken from Malcolm's original proposal and edited slightly. =20 There's also some stuff about which extensions to Haskell 98 we consider as part of the baseline (just FFI and a couple of minor things so far).
