Sure, if there's some simple change that'll work well we'd be glad to
have it.

(IIRC, the reason there's no install target is partly my unfamiliarity
with nmake, lack of an appropriate install program for windows and not
knowing the standard conventions Windows people like to use for how to
install things.)
