[Haskell] ANNOUNCE: nntp 0.0.1

Nntp is a library to connect to nntp (i.e. mainly USENET) servers.
Currently RFC977 is being implemented. It is published on the LGPL v3
license. 

Currently implemented: Currently all commands from RFC are implemented.
However for user interaction other, more generic interface is provided. 

Currently tested: Automated testing is not available yet. Tested is only
*small* subset of commands and it is at an early stage of development.
