[Haskell] Summer of Code questions

Doesn’t this create problems in conjunction with the Summer of Code or is 
Google tolerant regarding the legal status of participating organizations?

Hmm, I might be able to do (b) but doing (a) seems to demand more time than I 
could spend.  Is there any possibility to only do (b) for a concrete project 
I have in mind?
