[Haskell] ANNOUNCE: Buggy nofib

    Some people asked to change the name of the repository in order to avoid 
name clashes.
The new repository is named "nofib-buggy", and its URL is:
http://einstein.dsic.upv.es/darcs/nofib-buggy/
