[Haskell] Example Code Wiki area

I've created a new area for Example Code on the Wiki.  I'd like to call 
on all those who contributed code to the old "CodeOnTheWiki" area to 
bring it over to the new area.  However you should be aware that doing 
so implicitly licenses the code under the Simple Permissive License.
