[Haskell] ANNOUNCE: pesco-cmdline-2.0

Dear Haskell users,

I'm happy to announce the release of version 2 of my command line  
parsing module.
This is mainly a restructuring release adding only a minor (but  
convenient) feature.

Thus the news:

	* Adds a short-cut function 'stdargs' for standardized handling of  
--help etc.
	* Module renamed to System.Console.Cmdline.Pesco
	* Comes as a Cabal package.
	* Follows the ECT versioning scheme.
