[Haskell] cannot compile ghc on Debian unstable

Some more information (sorry for omitting it): running distrib/hc-build
gives me this message:

 in /home/mvanier/ghc/ghc-6.4/libraries/base
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `System/CPUTime_hsc.c', needed by `depend'.  Stop.

There doesn't appear to be a file CPUTime_hsc.c in the distribution.
