[Haskell] COM port IO on a Windows machine?

This doesn't help too much, but I tried your code out using Hugs98 on a 
Windows machine and it works OK, other than it ignores any baud rate 
settings.  It seems to default to 1200, 7 bit.

Also, your setting for baud rate is wrong, it should be COM2:9600,N,8,1,P
