GHC source bitten by the ghost of DOS

The file libraries/HaXml/bugs/aux.dtd was removed from the CVS HEAD
(for exactly this reason) back in October, but unfortunately the
removal was not propagated to the ghc-6-2-branch.  Sorry about that.
