Haskell for non-Haskell's sake

In our office we use Haskell for writing of tools but
the main development is done in C++, C# and SQL.
Probably we can use Haskell for large projects but
there are still missing many features:
- library for Graphical User Interface
- Designer for dialogs and forms
- Complete and comfortable IDE
- Library and tools for Database access
This is my motivation to start development of
HToolkit.
