Not yet, I'm afraid.

Fruit (Functional Reactive User Interface Toolkit) is a new GUI library I have
been developing, based on Functional Reactive Programming (FRP) and Arrows.  I
presented a paper on Fruit (joint work with Conal Elliott) at this year's
Haskell workshop.
