haskell at haskell.org is intended for announcements of all kind, both 
conferences and Haskell software.

I do not see a point in moving conference announcements to haskell-cafe 
and leave haskell at haskell.org for Haskell-unrelated conference spam.

Btw. I moved the discussion to Haskell Cafe, because haskell at haskell.org 
is really for announcements not for discussion.
