[Haskell-cafe] Where have the discussions moved to?

Also https://discourse.haskell.org/ which has some overlap with reddit
in the topics discussed.
Haskell’s popularity and community has expanded greatly... to the point
all discussions don't fit into one place. The cost of success :)
