[Haskell-cafe] OpenBSD stack executable

I compiled stack using cabal awhile back (on a raspberry pi :p)

Hopefully you can use cabal new-build after cloning the git repo for
stack? You might have to install alex or c2hs or the like, but that's
not bad with cabal-install 2.4+
