[Haskell-cafe] problem with stack behind proxy

FYI.

If your office's proxy server is authenticated with NTLM authentication,
use CNTLM http://cntlm.sourceforge.net/ , a proxy of proxy for
NTLM-authenticated server.
Actually, my last office uses it :)
