[Haskell-cafe] Esqueleto maintainership

Cross-posting my intent to take over maintainership of Esqueleto.

This has gone on for awhile, but it's beginning to eat into
maintenance of my work projects and it seems like there are others
eager to contribute and help share the load where there wasn't 6 or 12
months ago.
