[Haskell-cafe] trying to build Hackage hoq-0.3

It looks like the "readline" library(the C one, not the Haskell one) is
missing on your system. Can you install it via your distributions package
manager (assuming you're using Linux)?

Like;

 $ sudo apt-get install libreadline-dev    # could be libreadline6-dev
