[Haskell-cafe] [RFC] github-0.14.0 release candidate

Hi,

There are lot of breaking changes In upcoming github package, which provides
accoss to the Github API, v3 [1]

I’d like to hear feedback before pushing the actual release.  There are many
breaking changes, and would be nice to avoid new breaking changes very soon. So
if you spot something which can still be fixed, don’t hesitate to contact me or
create a issue on Github [3].
