is this a cabal error or hpc error?

i see this when running 'cabal test' with tests that overlap in coverage

5 of 5 test suites (5 of 5 test cases) passed.

hpc: found 2 instances of RBM.List in
["./.hpc","./dist/hpc/vanilla/mix/proto","./dist/hpc/vanilla/mix/perf-repa-RBM","./dist/hpc/vanilla/mix/test-repa-RBM","./dist/hpc/vanilla/mix/perf-list-RBM","./dist/hpc/vanilla/mix/test-list-RBM","./dist/hpc/vanilla/mix/rbm-0.0"]
